We are looking for a Sales Manager for our new platform related to NFT/blockchain,
1. Job description.
- Responsible for guiding sales representatives and ensuring that sales targets are met, generating leads, managing key accounts, and monitoring competitors’ sales activities for NFT/blockchain project.
- Cultivate solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
- Develop new customers through Sales and Marketing activities for NFT/blockchain.
- Attend exhibitions at home country and abroad
- In charge of business trips, planning, receiving and introducing companies to customers, leading customers to visit.
2. Job Requirements
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, etc or related field is preferred.
- Good English Business Communication Skills
- At least 4 years of working experience in sales and support positions.
- Priority is given to candidates who have had experience working selling IT solutions
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hard work, dedication to the job.
- Performance review twice a year
- 2 months probation with 100% salary, after probation pay insurance according to salary level.
- Working time: 8h/day from Monday to Friday.
- Minimum 14-month salary, 13-month salary depends on the actual number of months working at the company.
- Bonuses for Tet holidays as prescribed: 30 / 4.1 / 5, New Year’s Day, Lunar New Year, birthday, … reward projects, excellent individuals.
